Tradescantia spathacea atau Rhoeo discolor is suitable for border plants.Can last for a very long time .Less problem to maintain.Can be planted by seperating the young shoots and plant.Easy to grow. Do not require a lot of water. There is a few species available in Malaysia. It is not and expensive plants can be bought with a RM1.00 maybe less.
